About Click and Collect

Click and Collect is an option for ordering on our website, and picking up from our stores in Sydney or Brisbane.

There is no postage or handling charges for Click and Collect, so it is a great way to save, and you can ask our friendly staff any questions you have about 3D Printing.
It also gives you the option of paying in store - by cash or credit card. Cheque and PayPal cannot be accepted in-store.

We will contact you via your provided email or phone once your order is ready to collect.


For Sydney Collections your order will usually be ready within a few hours.
Click and Collect from our Alexandria Store, just near Mascot Station. Please check the Sydney Store location and opening hours

For Brisbane Collections your order may be delayed while stock is sent up from our Sydney warehouse, please allow an extra 1-2 days for it to be ready for pick-up.
Click and Collect from our Spring Hill store, just north or the CBD. Please check the Brisbane Store location and opening hours
