Backed By Bilby3D : What Our Customers Have To Say
" After waiting 5 weeks for tech support from my supplier I rang you. Within 2 hours I was printing - your tech girl was incredible. Thanks so much." Adam
" Thank you for all of your support with my Makerbot Replicator 2. Although, I’m embarrassed to say, I bought my Rep 2 from the other Australian distributor, the difference in the
level of support I’ve experienced has been considerable.
Your level of experience and expertise is readily apparent, whereas the impression I have from Thinglab is that they are a simple sales agency rather than a value-added distributor.
Your willingness to help troubleshoot a printer that you didn’t even sell was sensational – the corresponding experience from Thinglab was comparable to a proverbial ‘shrug of the shoulders’.
Bilby3D’s access to the latest information, tips, and ability to improvise improved parts for what is, understandably, a brand new device/work in progress has substantially
increased the benefit I’m receiving from my printer." Troy, Skyzer
" Bilby have always been there to help us along the way, no matter how silly my questions." Kate
" Loving the new fact sheets on support.Bilby3D.com.au - great work guys." Ben
Note : So many non-Bilby3D customers now want Bilby3D tech support and warranty that we had to start charging, sorry - $300 per year. This is free to customers who purchase machines from us. Please consider how much dependable support is worth to you?
